Getting started with the API

The API allows you to integrate Content Snare into your existing apps and workflows. The Content Snare API uses OAuth 2.0 for authentication. Here’s how to create an application and get started: Go to your avatar and select Settings Under Integrations, select API Click the button to Create a New Application You’ll see the following screen: Enter the Name, Description and Redirect URL for where you will handle the OAuth redirect in your app. Important: For increased security, select the smallest subset of scopes that your application needs.
